Something not working, or a question about your account? Here is how to get it sorted.

Your account

• Can't sign in. Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen to get a reset email. If it does not arrive, check spam, then email us.
• Change your details. Open Profile to edit your name, photo, company, city and what you are looking for.
• Delete your account. Open Profile and choose Delete account. This removes your profile permanently and cannot be undone. You can also email us and we will do it for you.

Events

• RSVP. Open an event and tap RSVP. You can cancel from the same screen if your plans change.
• Checking in. Check-in opens 30 minutes before the start time. Scan the QR code at the door, or tap Check In on the event screen.
• An event looks wrong. Tell us the event and what is off, and we will fix it at the source so it updates everywhere.

Notifications

• We ask permission the first time you RSVP, so you can get a reminder before the event.
• To change it later, go to your phone's Settings → Notifications → LikeMindedPro. Turning them off does not affect anything else in the app.
• Text messages are separate. Reply STOP to any text to stop those, or START to turn them back on.
• Marketing emails have an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every send.

Permissions the app asks for

Every one of these is optional and is only used when you choose to do the thing it is for. Declining any of them leaves the rest of the app working.

• Camera to scan the check-in QR code at an event, or take a profile photo.
• Photos to pick a profile picture or add a photo to an event album.
• Calendar to add an event you have RSVP'd to.
• Contacts for hosts inviting guests to their own event. Nothing is uploaded unless you pick someone.

Using the website instead

Everything in the app is also at likemindedpro.com in any browser, and the website has the host and admin tools the app does not. Your account is the same in both.
