Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the LikeMindedPro platform at likemindedpro.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who we are

LikeMindedPro is a real estate networking community that connects professionals through in-person meetups and online tools. We provide the platform "as is" to help members network, share opportunities, and attend events.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members.
• Post content you do not have the right to share, or that is spam or malware.
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.

Communications & text messages

By providing your email address you agree to receive service and marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time using the unsubscribe link.

Program name: LikeMindedPro SMS. If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from LikeMindedPro (operated by EventsREI LLC) such as meetup invitations, event reminders, account messages, and sponsor announcements. Message frequency varies (approximately 2-8 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or reply HELP for help. For support, email eric@likemindedpro.com. See our Privacy Policy for full details on our SMS program. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Member content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant LikeMindedPro a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

Events & third parties

Meetups and events may be hosted by members or third parties. LikeMindedPro is not responsible for the conduct of hosts, sponsors, or attendees, or for any transactions or deals members make with one another. Always use your own judgment.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LikeMindedPro does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice, and nothing on the platform should be relied upon as such.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LikeMindedPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
